Colleen’s real estate expertise runs deep. After several years with Holiday Builders and learning from her father—a builder and renovation specialist—she gained hands-on experience in new construction, remodels, and home design. Having built multiple homes herself, she offers clients an invaluable perspective that blends construction knowledge with market insight.

As a long-standing member of the Board of Directors for the Realtors Association of Indian River County, Colleen has served in multiple leadership capacities and is well-versed in all aspects of real estate, including residential sales, land acquisitions, commercial ventures, and rental management. Her comprehensive understanding of the industry and dedication to her clients make her a trusted advisor in every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Colleen cherishes time with her family, fiancé, and rescue dog, Cooper. She is also an active member of the Vero Beach Sunrise Rotary Club, where she focuses her volunteer efforts on addressing high school homelessness—an issue close to her heart.
